What a fantastic Puja Barshiki originally published by Dev Shahitya Kutir about 50 years ago. I have the original and still have managed to hold on to it. It has stories written by the top writers of West Bengal and beautifully illustrated. I wish the publisher could maintain the high quality of the original in their reprints. Any way I am ordering this reprint to keep as a back up in my collections. I am 68 now but I still love them.

I bought the original about 50 years ago when I was a in my teens. This was among the beast of my collections. Beautifully illustrated with writings from the top writers of west bengal. The quality of the reprints have gone down but the stories are still the same. One of the best Puja Barshikis from the publisher Dev Shahitya Kutir of Calcutta. Highly recommend .
