The book ‘Facebook A to Z’ is written by Engineer Md. Shahadat Hossain Arnob and published under ‘Techplus Publications’ in August 2011 for the first time. The term facebook is very much known to the person who uses internet. Almost all the user of internet now-a-days engaged themselves in the facebook to meet various purposes. It is the most common social network service to me. However, there may be some person who uses internet but don’t know how to use facebook properly. The object and utilize of the facebook may not be known to them for any reason. This book can be a media for them to know about the object of facebook and to know how to use it. In that sense, this book is essential to both of those who are using facebook and who are not using facebook on the ground of not having proper knowledge and direction. The writer of the book divided the same within 25 chapters for the benefit of the users of facebook and each chapter deals with different application including images, where necessary. As for example, chapter one deals with ‘History of Facebook’, chapter two deals with ‘Sign Up’, chapter three deals with ‘Profile’ etc.

এই বইতে ফেসবুকের ইতিহাস থেকে শুরু করে ফেসবুক অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলার নিয়ম, ফেসবুকের বিভিন্ন তথ্য হারিয়ে গেলে সেসব ফেরত পাওয়ার নিয়ম, ফেসবুকে নিজের প্রোফাইল তৈরির নিয়ম দেওয়া হয়েছে এই বইয়ে। এ ছাড়া ফেসবুকে স্ট্যাটাস হালানাগাদ করা, বার্তা পাঠানো এবং ইনবক্স চেক করা, নতুন বন্ধু খোঁজা, বন্ধুত্বের অনুরোধ গ্রহণ বা প্রত্যাখান করার নিয়ম এই বইয়ে দেওয়া আছে। ফেসবুকে বিভিন্ন নোট লেখা, ভিডিও, ছবি, লিংক, প্রকাশের নিয়মগুলোও আলোচনা করা হয়েছেবইটিতে। ফেসবুকে গ্রুপ খোলা, জন্মদিনের শুভেচ্ছাসহ বিভিন্ন ভার্চুয়াল গিফট দেওয়া, চ্যাট করার নিয়মসহ আরও নানা বিষয়সংক্রান্ত নিয়ম এই বইয়ে লেখা হয়েছে। মোদ্দা কথা, ফেসবুকের খুঁটিনাটি জানা যাবে এই বই পড়ে। এতে ২৫টি অধ্যায় আছে। তবে এই বইতে ফেসবুকের সর্বশেষ পরিবর্তনগুলো এবং প্রোগ্রামগুলো যুক্ত হয়নি।
